One republic is one of my favorite bands, but actually they have low awareness to people. So I can decide to introduce them.
According to his fans, we have to listen for a long time to know One republic's song's value.
Ryan Tedder is a vocal of band and has charming and husky voice. He learn playing piano at 3 years old, so sometimes he sing and play a piano together in concert. Also he often composed songs. he composed 'Halo' of Beyonce, 'Already gone' of Kelly Clarkson and 'Apologize' the one of their masterpiece.
one reason of why I like them is they use Viola and Cello. Because of them, their song's melody is more emotional than using only guitar and base. I can prove it by introducing 'Secrets'
'Secrets' is a Ost of a Movie 'The Sorcerer's Apperentice'. The movie is a little childlish and silly minor movie, but they have several nice scene. 'Secrets' is introduced in one of good scene when a couple fall in love.
The tesla coil is in harmony with original music, doesn't it? The idea is creative.
I feel a sympathy from the main character who study engineering. (They become idiots when love anybody.)
Because of seeing this movie, I could know One republic and appreciate that.
As you listen their music, their songs have comfortable melodies. For that reason, 'Counting stars' could record second on billboard chart at once.
My most favorite song of One republic is 'Buring bridges'. I think reason is good melody and chorus part of refrain.
I don't know much about One Republic but I liked their recently released song 'Counting Stars'. The song was so catchy and I liked the lyrics too. I think they're really talented band.

답글삭제I think One Republic only has little awareness in Korea! Because in America, even people who do not listen to this genre all know One Republic. They are probably the one of the national singers of America.
답글삭제Actually I like electronic music, but they have good harmony band sound, especially the second one 'Secrets' was good. I want recommend you a Avicii music, too.
